USK supplies all of the assembly equipment for the production of electrical engineering/electronic components.

The components include, for example, electronic subassemblies connected via press-fit technology, E controllers, semiconductor-capacitors, piezo actuators, sensors, memory chips, ultracaps and valve coils.

We can provide equipment encompassing the entire process chain – from automated feeding of individual components, pouring and forming systems up to systems for testing and calibrating, and, finally, stacking of the completed components on pallets using palletizing systems. The data administration system for the equipment records the process and part and batch data and compares them  with the nominal data. You as our customer decide the degree of automation – whether these are manual work stations or fully automated, high-speed systems.

As a system supplier, we provide solutions for the automation of standardised processes. Moreover, we are your engineering partner for the modification and adaption of equipment to existing and new manufacturing processes and techniques, as well as the joint development of new machines and technologies.
